"Badassery," is the perfect word to describe A. Rita, who often reminded me that you want things done, you do them yourself - and she certainly heeded her own advice. Her kindness and generosity, her willingness to share her time - and her time with her children - and her way of straight-shooting (including annihilating me every time in Scrabble) made her a wonderful person and an amazing aunt who will be missed.
