Jackson, Joan Isabella (Conn) ~ Peacefully, at the Guelph General Hospital on Wednesday, April 29, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Eldon Jackson (1995). Loved mother of Susanna Corlett of Mono and Heather Jackson of St. Lucie, Florida. Proud grandmother of Jackson, Oliver and Tanner. Fondly remembered by her nieces: Judith Kerschner (Klaus) and Carolyn Evans (Beric) and nephews: Kim Baldwin, Gordon Baldwin, Geoff Gilmore (Vicki), and their families. Predeceased by her sister Peggy Baldwin and sister-in-law Beryl Gilmore (the late Gerald). A graveside service will be held at Trinity United Cemetery, Poplar Side Road, Collingwood, on Monday, May 4, 2015 at 12 noon.
