Obituary of Barbara Anne McKivor

McKivor, Barbara Anne ~ Passed away peacefully, after a lengthy, courageous struggle with breast cancer on Monday, September 29, 2014 at the age of 58. She will be fondly remembered for her love and dedication to her family; including her brother Brian (Lee Ann), their daughter, Ellie; her cousins, especially Bonnie Villhauer (Peter) and their children Philip, John and Cora, as well as many friends who were like family to her. Barbara is predeceased by her parents, James and Doris and her brother, James. She loved being outdoors; exploring hiking trails, bicycling and spending time at the beach. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Barbara’s Life to be held at Springfield Golf and Country Club, Guelph on Saturday, October 18th from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Memorial contributions to the Bruce Trail or a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
