Obituary of Bridget Kirkey

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bridget Mary Kirkey on June 4th 2023 at the age of 75. Bridget is survived by her daughter Jennifer (Jane), son Eugene (Tracey), granddaughters Jesselynn, Tia and Dezarae, great granddaughter Ember and great grandson Wren. She will be greatly missed by her sisters Doris Nitti, Lena (Norm) Blakeley, Annie and Carol Sant; her brother Joseph (Heather) Sant and many great nieces and great nephews. Bridget was known for her proud heritage of Malta, along with her love for music, dragonflies and friends. She made friends easily and enjoyed their company. Bridget was always up for a game of cards and enjoyed her luck at the casinos and Bingo. The family has many fond memories of road trips, houseboat tours, The Grand Canyon, cruise ships and hosting many large parties at her home. The family wishes to thank the doctors and staff of Guelph General Hospital for their compassionate care.
