Lowry, Lorne Harrison "Larry" ~ Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Guelph on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of 62 years to Wanda Lowry (Johnston). Loved father of Peter (Mavis), Paul (Shannon) and Anne O’Donnell (Ken). He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren: Matthew (Angelica), Shannon (Rob), Erin, Alexandra and niece Susan. Predeceased by his sister Pat Babcock. Larry worked for G.E./A.B.B. for 38 years and was a fifty-year member of the YMCA and a member of the Guelph Jog & Jolly's. Friends may call at GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph on Thursday, May 2, 2019 from 10 to 11 a.m. Memorial service at 11 a.m. Reception will follow in the Trillium Room of the funeral home.
