Obituary of Douglas John Grummett

Grummett, Douglas John Just two weeks before his 92nd birthday, Doug passed away at Guelph General Hospital on Friday, December 13, 2019. He is survived by his wife, Viola, his children Dennis (Maxine) and Linda, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He will also be remembered by Viola’s children: Gary, Christine (Walter), James (Ming Ming), Suzanne (Bill), seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and sister in-law June. Doug is predeceased by his first wife, Jean Elizabeth and by siblings: Cecil (Patricia), Kenneth, Gerald, William, Ralph, Jerry and Arlene. Funeral service will be held at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. The family will greet friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Interment Glendale Cemetery, Etobicoke, ON.
