Obituary of Vera Greenough

GREENOUGH, Vera (Colovic) God came and took me by the hand on Saturday, April 4, 2020. He told me he needed me to be his greeter at the pearly gates. It is time to join my mother Margot, father Branko and my brother Ned. Even though I had to leave the love of my life, my husband Don, we both know we’ve had a wonderful life and in our hearts we will be together again. Someday I will also see the rest of my loved ones, step-daughters Brandy (Lance) and Amber (Phil), sisters Susan and Molly, brother Hilo (Faith), nieces Phaidra and Leah, nephew Micheal, grandchildren Trent, Ty, Hunter (Brandy) Jacob, Rachel, Christian (Amber), great nieces and nephew Amirah, Saleem, and Habiba. I will miss my best friend Barbara Herbert as well as all the friends and clients I’ve known throughout my life. I want everyone who’s touched my life to remember our times together. The times we’ve smiled, laughed and even cried. The places we’ve been shopping, driving or even just chatting over a cup of tea. I will forever be in your heart and just a thought away. Please don’t cry because I have left, celebrate because I have lived. Cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
