Contini, Nicola ~ Passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on Monday, June 1, 2020 at the age of 82. Beloved lifetime partner of Barbara Williamson. Dear father of Margaret Jamieson (Paul) of Guelph, Philip Contini (Laura) of Edmonton AB, Patricia Orosco (David) of Dinuba, CA USA, Todd Duquette of Kitchener; step-father of Denise Gowdey (Mark) of Woodstock, Darryl Williamson of London and Shawn Williamson of Kitchener. Proud grandfather of 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandson. Survived by siblings Josephine Natarelli, Grace Contini, Mafalda Natarelli, Gabriel Contini and Adriana Contini, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and dear friends. Predeceased by his parents Fillippo and Iolanda Contini and siblings Gabriel, Ann Ventura and Michlena Macri. Nick was born March 23, 1938 in Torino de Sangro Italy. He worked at Biltmore Hats in Guelph then at Wean Canada in Cambridge as a tool and die maker. He played soccer in his younger years; loved to fish and play golf and enjoyed watching all sports. A private family service is planned with entombment at Marymount Catholic Cemetery.
