Obituary of Margaret Lynn "Peggy" Patzer
PATZER, Margaret Lynn "Peggy" (nee Corstorphine)
Passed away peacefully at Hospice Wellington on Sunday, September 6, 2020 at the age of 66 years, holding her husband’s and daughter’s hand. Beloved wife and soulmate of Dean Patzer.
Loved mother and best friend of Megan Stokley and her husband Tyson of Elora. Proud grandmother of Maisie, Makenna and Chase. Dear sister of Caroline Clews, Scott Corstorphine (Marika), Danny Corstorphine (Brenda) and Paul Corstorphine (Cindy). Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, dear friends, and by her canine companion "Maggie".
Peggy loved people dearly and wore her heart on her sleeve. She was a passionate friend that cherished all she met. A selfless person who got tremendous joy in giving and making others smile. Family was everything to Peggy and she has created the most wonderful memories with her husband, daughter, son in law and three grandchildren. We will all cherish our special trip to DisneyWorld.
We would like to thank Dr. Azim Gangji of Hamilton who Peggy often referred to as the "Quarterback" in her care. His compassion and expertise always made our family feel comforted.
Peggy will also be remembered for her years of baseball with the Guelph Ladies Slo Pitch and curling at the Guelph Curling Club.
