LAPLAUNTE, Amanda Anne ~ Peacefully at Hospice Wellington on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at the age of 53. Beloved wife of Michael Poynter. Devoted mother of Taylor Taylor (Paul) and Alicia Anderson (Jeremy) all of Guelph. Proud grandma of Cohen Taylor and her granddaughter to be. Loving sister of Jeff Laplaunte and the late Brad. Dear daughter of Diane Barr (David) of Guelph and Bruce Laplaunte (June) of Renfrew. Always remembered by Jeff Anderson (Sandy) of Dundas. Amanda will be remembered as a very social lady who was well loved by all her friends. As a mom, her devotion to her daughters and their sports, as well as some sports of her own, will be cherished. The family would like to thank Hospice Wellington for their exceptional care during their family’s stay. They would also like to thank Cargill Guelph, where Amanda worked in the health services field, for their kindness and generosity during this difficult time.
