Obituary of Albertha VanderSchaaf

VanderSchaaf, Albertha (Bets) (nee Bult) ~ Passed away peacefully by grace to glory with family by her side on Wednesday June 29, 2016 at The Village of Riverside Glen at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Pieter VanderSchaaf (2002). Dear mother of Joanne (Richard) Aasman, Titia (Henry) Plantinga, and Idelle (Hank) Peters. Loving grandmother of 14 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren. Mom is the oldest of 7 siblings all in The Netherlands: Lien Bult (deceased 2000), Lies Bastiani, Nel Kleinleugenmors, Jan (Yvonne) Bult, Hannie (Tim) Evink and Chieni Stelpstra; she will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Emmanuel Canadian Reformed Church, 8037 Highway 7, Guelph, on Monday, July 4, 2016 from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. Interment service at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 762 Woolwich Street, Guelph on Tuesday, July 5 at 10:00 a.m. in Block M2 followed by a memorial service at Emmanuel Canadian Reformed Church at 11:30 a.m. Memorial contributions to Project Eagles Nest-Emmanuel Christian High School Association would be appreciated.
