KRAEMER, Alexander "Goodbyes hurt the most when the story was not finished." It is with tremendous sadness that we, the family, announce the sudden passing of Alex (Xander, Jorja) Kraemer on Friday, July 10, 2020 in Fergus, ON. She was born on April 5, 2004 in Fergus, lived most of her childhood in Guelph, but also spent some time in Kitchener and Cochrane, AB. Although faced with many struggles in her life, Alex was a beautiful soul. She was the person you could tell anything to, and she would not judge you for a second, always there for someone when they needed her. She was very artsy and creative, passionate about anime and music theatre. She loved many different kinds of art and music. Alex will be greatly missed by her parents: Rick Kraemer (Robin) and Brenda Kraemer (Andrew); her brothers Kyle Brown (Kennedy) and Tyson Brown; paternal grandmother Linda Neumeister; maternal grandparents Thomas and Marion Reid; her aunts and uncles: Terry (Debbie), Michelle (Luc), Marion (Mannie), and David (Mary). She will be forever loved and missed by her great aunts and uncles, many cousins and friends. Alex was predeceased by Austin Layte, the love of her short life and by her paternal grandfathers; Brian Kraemer and Earl Neumeister. Please understand we will be following social distancing protocols due to COVID-19, so the ceremony will be a small private one, by invitation only, at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. Invited guests are required to wear a mask inside the funeral home. If desired, In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donation be made to the SickKids Foundation (416-813-6166).
