My deepest condolences to Wayne's family. I WORKED WITH Wayne at GO Transit/Metrolinx. He always had a smile on his face and kind words to say. He often shared funny stories. He was missed when he retired. May he rest in eternal peace.

To Krista and family,
I have so many memories of Wayne from over the years. He was always so generous and a joy to be around, from his time he spent dressing as Santa Claus for the kids at the Moose lodge or singing karaoke at the Come by Chance. He always made sure to encourage my Mom to go on adventures with him, including a trip to Newfoundland even when she was terrified of flying. He always showed up and never without a smile. He even made it to my sister Carolynne's wedding all the way in Egypt. I'll never forget how he taught me how to parallel and reverse park like a pro in Eastgate Square Mall parking lot, or the time he caught me taking my Moms car without permission lol! I will always remember the happiness he brought into my Moms life during the times they shared and how he always stayed in touch and made my family feel loved and cared for. I'm tearing up writing this because I never properly thanked him for all that he did and how kind he was to my family. We love you Wayne, I'm picturing you in your Tuxedo serenading everyone in heaven with some great country songs. You will be very missed.

My deepest condolences to Krista and family. I've only known Wayne for a year and a half but that's all it took for him to make a lasting impression. We met at the Moose Lodge and our downhome roots gave us a bond I will never forget. Just a few weeks ago he told me how he made a salt meat dinner but burnt it so he was going to have to try again. I will miss you terribly my friend. RIP Wayne you will never be forgotten.
