Dear Geremia Family,
I just saw the beautiful tribute for your father and grandfather. Mario and Louisa always were so kind and respectful to my parents. I remember many a porch visit with them.
Last year, at the funeral of Elio, I got to have a lovely conversation with others your dad. I was so amazed of his fond memories of his earlier days with my family. I’m so glad I had that opportunity to see and talk with him.
Wrapping you in love and prayers,
Sandra Bellai and family

We are truly grateful for Mario's life, for the example he gave us in his love and dedication to his family, his generosity in helping others, his spirit of sacrifice, his hope for the future and his faith. In this moment of pain, we remember him with affection, certain that he continues to watch over us from heaven. We embrace our Canadian family in an embrace that reaches beyond the ocean.

Our sincere condolences to your family from Peggy and me. Sorry we can’t be there with you to celebrate your dad’s life.
I have many fond memories of Mario while spending time with your family when we were neighbours in the seventies as well as visiting your parents at their home occasionally up until about 2016. From outsized gardens to sample shots of Grappa and Galindo, it was always lively, loud and fun spending time with the Geremia family.
Another memory - Mario was super generous and trusting when he let me use his new red AMC Pacer to escort Joanne - as a friend - to her high school prom.
Also I fondly recall helping carry bricks with Joe, Mario and Zio Angelo when your dad built the fireplace, and lastly, the times I got to help make his home made wine.
Cheers to Mario for a long life well lived. I hope you all find comfort in the many, many great memories you have of your father.

Geremia Family. We are so sorry to hear of the passing of your dad Mario. He was a kind man and so welcoming to my parents Franca and Albert Carlesso when they visited over the years. He was so proud of his family and spoke with such love about their accomplishments. I personally remember this large book in his livingroom which was full of pictures and memorabilia and contained the story of his life. It was a beautiful tribute to this man. We remember Mario from our childhood coming with Eliza to visit on Sunday at our home in Niagara Falls. He was always smiling and happy. When our dad passed in 2016 Mario asked a grandaughter to drive him to Niagara Falls so he could attend visitation at the funeral home. We were all so touched by his kindness and happy to see him and hear his memories of our dad. He had an amazing and full life. You are all so blessed to have had such a loving and joyful father. Those memories will sustain you through your grief. We send our love and condolences to each of you.
