Obituary of Murray Alvin Lomas

LOMAS, Murray Alvin.

Of Guelph, peacefully, passed away at his home on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, in his 90^th year.  Predeceased by his loving wife the late Elizabeth Anne Lomas (nee Walters) (2007). Loving father of Michael and his wife Marlene of Hanover and Jeffrey of Guelph.  Survived by his sister Anne.  Predeceased by his parents Wilmer and Hazel Lomas and brothers Douglas and Kenneth. 

Murray was employed in sales with Sherwin-Williams for many years before starting his own painting business in Guelph known as Colonial Paint & Wallpaper in 1969 until his retirement. 

At his request, cremation has taken place.  In memory of Murray, donations to the Guelph Humane Society would be appreciated.
