Obituary of Denis Norman Runalls

It is with sadness that we announce the recent passing of Denis Runalls of Guelph.

Those who love us don’t walk away, they walk with us every day, always near and always dear.  That describes gentleman Denis, the patriarch of the Runalls family.

The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses at the Guelph General Hospital who played a key role in caring for Denis in his last few years.  Thank you so much to Dr. Tobin, (one of the kindest Doctors you will ever meet) and Nurse Kayla for your care and help over the years. Thanks also go out to Dr. S. Brodovsky, the staff at Bayshore Health Care, the Closing the Gap team as well as all the good folks from Care Partners while Dad was in Palliative care at home. Many thanks to Andrea Wood for coordinating all the palliative care services which allowed Denis to stay at home.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all for making Dad’s last weeks comfortable and making him feel special. Thank you.

The celebration of life will take place at Brombal Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 1 Delhi Street at Eramosa Road, Guelph, Ontario Friday, April 26^th, from 4 to 7PM
