Obituary of Vera Pinson

Pinson, Vera Elizabeth (nee Warne) Peacefully on Monday, December 17, 2012 at the age of 76 years. Beloved wife of Ronald Pinson. Dear Mother of Ron (Kieran), Valerie Pavey (Steve), Jeff (Dawn) and Nancy Deason (Douglas). Cherished Gramma of 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Marjorie Bell (William), Roy Warne (Carol), and the late Edith Binnie and Dorothy Allen. Survived by her sisters in law: Joy Reed, Barbara Kueber, Candy Crawford, many nieces and nephews and dear friends. Vera will be remembered for her 35 years of ministry with Girl Guides at the Guelph Salvation Army. Friends may call at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph (from 2–4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday). Funeral Service will be held at The Salvation Army, 1320 Gordon Street, Guelph on Friday, December 21, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. with a one hour visitation prior to service. Private family interment at Woodlawn Memorial Park on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer Society or to the Guelph Salvation Army Y.P. Corps. would be appreciated.
