Obituary of Muriel Grant

Passed away at Campbell House Hospice, Collingwood on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at the age of 86 years young. Beloved wife of John for 63 years. Proud mother of Gary (Gaye) and Judy O’Gorman (John). Cherished Grandmother of Kyle, Kate, Ashley and Alec. Muriel was always young at heart; playing and swimming with her grandchildren. She also loved her flowers which filled her sun room and her flower beds at the cottage. She believed it was important to laugh every day. Muriel was also very competitive; playing baseball, basketball, cards, shuffleboard, lawn bowling and curling in city leagues. We will always remember her for being an outstanding, fun and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Cremation has taken place.
