Obituary of June Rehel

Rehel, June Theresa On February 1st, 2018, our Mum passed away peacefully at the Cambridge Country Manor Long-Term Care Facility at the age of 81 years old. Loving Mother to her daughters, Allison and Cynthia. Sister to Hazel (deceased 2017), Maxine, Joyce, Jane, Caroline, Albertine, John and Madeleine. Predeceased by her former spouse Urbain Rehel (2009) and her parents Albert Walsh (1983) and Isabelle Tremblay (1960). June was a woman of few words yet always loved her daughters, sisters, brother, cousins, extended family, friends and all of her godchildren so very much. Her daughters, Allison and Cynthia, would like to extend their gratitude and appreciation to the staff at the Cambridge Country Manor for their understanding and caring of our Mum over the last eight months. We already miss Mum`s voice, loving soul and gentle heart so much. A memorial service will be held at the Gilchrist Chapel, McIntyre and Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street at Eramosa Road, Guelph, Ontario, on Saturday February 10th, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. Family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers or gifts, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society or the Society of the Little Flower (www.ca.littleflower.org).
