Polychronopoulos, Maria (Anagnostopoulos) ~ Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Guelph on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at the age of 78 years. Beloved wife of Angelo. Proud mother of Dimetri and Stella Kelly (Paul). Cherished Yiaya of Cameron. Dear sister of Martha Filandros (late Louie); the late Gus Annis; Denis Annis; George Annis (Despina) and Sophia Malatches (late Jim). Maria will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
