Obituary of Shirley Gismondi

Suddenly, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Hamilton on Wednesday September 19, 2012. Shirley (McCaffrey) Gismondi in her 81st year. Beloved wife of Fred. Dear mother of Denise (Paul Harding), Stephen (Jodi) all of Guelph, Michael (Angela) of Vancouver, B.C. Cherished grandmother of Rachel, Nathan, Amy, Angie, Adam and Rebecca. Sadly missed by her sister Ellen Raymore of Toronto. She is predeceased by many Aunts, Uncles, and some Cousins. Shirley was an avid Golf and tennis player. She loved to paint, travel and enjoyed her volunteer work at the River Run Centre. Shirley was great support and anchor to all of her family, she will be missed. Friends may call at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph (from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m Monday). Service at Dublin Street United Church, 68 Suffolk St. West on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
