West, Phyllis Maud ~ Passed away at Hospice Wellington on Tuesday June 13, 2017. Phyllis West, 86 years of age. Beloved wife of George West. Dear mother of Joanne Suffern (Barry) of Guelph, late Tom Kostal (2013) (Joanne), late John Kostal (1988) (Francis Cox), Brian Kostal (Kim) of Palmerston, Bruce Kostal (Suzan) of Guelph, Maryella Ferguson (Roy) of London, Bill Kostal (Bev) of Guelph, Michael Schieck (Shana) of Ohio. Sadly missed by her 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Phyllis was predeceased by her husbands William Kostal (1962), Arthur Schieck (1981) and her great grandson Devon Hepburn (1994). The family would like to give their sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff at Guelph General Hospital and Wellington Hospice for their exceptional care given to their mother. A memorial service will be held at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph on Friday June 16th at 3:30p.m. Cremation has taken place.
