Obituary of Hanna Logan

Logan, Hanna Lieselotte Kate Ella, (née) Luck ~ Beloved wife and partner of Robert (Bob). Born in Stralsund, Germany, July 10, 1927, she died peacefully in her sleep with her husband by her side, at home in Norfolk Manor, Guelph, on Friday, January 4, 2019. She had suffered the effects of knee replacement surgery, five strokes and Alzheimer’s disease. She is survived by her sister Eva-Maria Paepke, several nieces, nephews and cousins including Angela Dahmen, all in Germany. Hanna led several social organizations in Guelph as diverse as her roles as President of the Guelph General Hospital Auxiliary and the Royal City Square Dance Club, and the citizenship secretary for the I.O.D.E. As a couple, Hanna and Bob enjoyed camping and fishing, cruising and many forms of dance. A graveside ceremony will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 762 Woolwich Street, Guelph on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. Following the ceremony, a reception celebrating Hanna's life will take place at Norfolk Manor, 128 Norfolk Street, Guelph.
