Obituary of George Baum

Passed away peacefully, at LaPointe Fisher Nursing Home on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at the age of 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Alva Baum (McCullough) (2011). Loved father of Frances Reilly (Doug) of Guelph and Nancy Baum (John) of S/V Silver Seas, West Indies. Proud grandfather of Sarah (Morgan), Greg (Margaret), Richard (Christine), Tracy (Brian), Patricia, Samantha, Patrick (Dana), ten great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Kathleen March, Ken Baum, Eric Baum. Predeceased by his granddaughter Christine Curzon (2000). George was a former employee at Armco Canada and a long time member of St. George’s Anglican Church and the Chairman of the Woodlawn Cemetery Commission. Special thanks to the staff and volunteers at LaPointe Fisher Nursing Home.
