Farmer, George ~ Passed away peacefully, at the Guelph General Hospital, on Thursday, July 4, 2013, in his 88th year. Beloved husband of the late Betty Jean. Proud father of Sandra Smart (David) of Breslau and Sheryl Veroni (Joe) of Etobicoke. Cherished grandfather of Tracy Barrett (Larry), Kevin Smart (Erica) and Joe Veroni (Erin) and great grandfather of Rob Barrett and Natalie Smart. He will be dearly missed by his sister Marjorie Scroggie of Guelph, his best friend, Frank Taylor, sisters-in-law Phyllis and Gerry Stephenson and his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother, Leon and his son-in-law, Barrie Smart.
