Peacefully at home with his family by his side on Sunday, June 15, 2014 at the age of 72 years. Beloved husband for over 50 years of Evelyn Gordon (Skerritt). Proud Father of Paul Gordon of Guelph and Cheryl Gordon (Cam Simpson) of Mississauga. Cherished Grandpa of Trevor, Timothy and Grace. Dear brother of Bill Gordon (Burna) of Guelph, Frank Gordon (Pauline) of Cornwall, Trudy Mast (Ken) and brother in-law of Raymond Skerritt (Joanne) all of Guelph. George will be fondly remembered by his daughter in-law Cheryl Simkin, many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Predeceased by his parents Roy and Marjory Gordon.
