Obituary of Frank Bridges
Suddenly at his home on, Thursday December 4, 2014. Frank Bridges in his 94th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Jean (Pettifer) Bridges. Dear father of Skip (Judy) of Mount Forest, Judy Kerr (John) and Chris (Pat) all of Guelph. He will be missed by his daughter-in-law Diane Bridges of Guelph. Cherished grandfather of Tracey Hrinco (Lucas), Dean (Sara-Jane), Sherry Moore, Michael (Erica) and great grandfather of Alexandra, Emily, Jeremy, Frances, Eleanor, Bayden, Teagan, Quinton, Aaron, Kimberley, Jordan, and Crispin. Sadly missed by his sister Doris Watson and his brother Ken (Betty) all of Guelph. Predeceased by his sisters Ethel Ferris, Winnifred Krusky and his brothers Ronald, William and Oswald. Frank was a long time member of Speed Lodge A.F. & A.M. No. 180 GRC and the lodge will conduct a Masonic Service at the funeral home on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. He was also a very active member of the Guelph and District Shrine Club. Friends may call at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph (from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. Sunday). Service in the chapel on Monday December 8th at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions to CNIB, Shriners Hospitals or the Guelph General Hospital would be appreciated.
