Obituary of Frank Gordon Turner

Passed away at St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener on Monday, July 22, 2013 at the age of 75 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Claudia. Proud father of Kendra McKinley (Trace). Grandpa of Kyle and Holden Dewar. He will be missed by his mother, Evelyn and his siblings Diann Dawson, Pauline Justin, Patricia Bard, Susan Adams, Gerry and Murray Ryder, Linda Tami, Daryl Turner, their spouses and their children. His absence will also be felt by his furry companions Smokey and Lamey and his friends at the St. Joseph’s Social Club Day Program. Frank is predeceased by his father, Thomas and brother William. He was a former leader with the "Tree Climbers" at Parkview Church and bus assistant, helping to supervise the children. Friends may call at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph (Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.). Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 26, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at Gilchrist Chapel. Interment at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
