Obituary of John Edward Leather

Passed away with family by his side in Port Elgin, on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at the age of 67. Beloved husband of Anne (nee Maycock). Proud father of Brandi Foord (Kimball), Genesee Boyd (Scott) and Amber George (Dwayne). Cherished "Papa" of 7. John is survived by his sister, Mildred McLean, his aunt, Joy Beaton, nieces, nephew, cousins and dear friends. Service in the chapel on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. officiated by Majors Chris and Claudette Pilgrim. Interment to follow at MemoryGardens, Breslau. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Walker House, Southampton, ON on Saturday, October 4, 2014 from 12 noon to 3:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to attend and enjoy fellowship, a light lunch and refreshments (bar available).
