Gaudard, Jack Charles ~ Passed away At. St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener, on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at the age of 69. Father of Leah, Troy and Jay. Grandfather of Matthew and Ashely. Brother of Diane and Kathy. Predeceased by his mother Dorothy Gaudard Campbell (2009). Will be remembered by friends and aquaintances. Cremation is taking place.
