Obituary of Charles McGurn

Peacefully, at Pinecrest Nursing Home, Lucknow, on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at the age of 92 years. Beloved husband for over 69 years of Mary Catherine McGurn (Van Norman). Loved father of Mary-Jane Nelson (Robert) of Seguin, ON and the late Priscilla Patterson (2008). Proud grandfather of Sandra, John, Sean (Tina), and Courtney (Kurtis); great grandfather of Terry, Chelsea, Lily, Levi and Maverick. Fondly remembered by his nephew Barry and niece Rhonda and their families; all of Australia. Predeceased by his sister Pauline McKimm. Chuck was a second world war veteran with the Royal Canadian Navy. At Chuck’s request, there will be no service and cremation is taking place.
