BULGER, Jacqueline Edna “Jackie”

Passed away at her home on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at the age of 88 years. Beloved

wife of the late John Bulger (2007) for 50 years. Loving mother of Donna Veglia (Carmen), Patti

Byrant (Michael) and Keith Bulger (Annette). Proud grandma of Amanda (Kevin), Jenna, Sarah

(Arthur), Owen (Kennedy), Shayla (Jay) and Bryce and great grandma to Declan, Sadie and

Theo. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and fur babies Sox

and Tyson. Predeceased by her sister Barbara de Vries (the late John). Jackie will be

remembered as an active member of Rundle Chapter No. 8 of the Order of the Eastern Star,

worked at the City of Guelph and was a member of the altar guild at St. James the Apostle

Anglican Church.

The Bulger family will receive friends at the Brombal Funeral Home, 1 Delhi Street, Guelph on

Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service will follow in the

chapel of the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. Elevator access is available via the rear driveway of

the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Guelph Humane Society or an animal rescue organization of

your choice would be appreciated by the family.
