Nurse posted a condolence

I had the pleasure of being David’s ER nurse when he came in to Guelph General a few months ago . We chatted about his life, his family, his illness from the tainted water in walkerton. He asked about my life and my family. I’m the short amount of time I cared for him, he left a mark. I could tell how much he loved his life and how much he loved his family. Such a sweet genuine soul. Rest in paradise David!

Mr. Wilson was my 'home room' teacher. That meant I would begin my school day in his classroom where he set a welcoming tone to the day. Always a gentleman, always calm and positive. I would have enjoyed taking one of his classes but girls weren't allowed to take shop back then. Those rules changed, and I'm sure he brought lots of young women into the trades. I'm so glad to hear that he had a joyous life and many more adventures. Condolences. Deb Reddon
