Obituary of Barbara Ann Murray

MURRAY, Barbara Ann (nee Arthur)

Passed peacefully at Guelph General Hospital on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at the age of 91. Loving mother of the late David (d. 1991), late Doug (d. 2004) and Susan (Jim) Leach; proud grandmother of Mary (Ben), Laura (Brad) and Shea (Heather); and great-grandmother of Desmond and Theodore. Barbara is predeceased by her sons David and Doug and by her parents Bill and Roberta Arthur.

Barbara was a devoted member of Christ Church in Drayton. She will be deeply missed by all her church family as well.

A private family committal service will be held at Elora Municipal Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara’s honour to Christ Church Anglican at 32 Main St E, Drayton, ON, or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
