Dear Dorothy and family,
I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Brian. Growing up as his neighbor, some of my favorite childhood memories were spent by his side.
We spent time together mainly during the summer months, but not every year. Whether we were spending the day at the beach, exploring the local trails, fishing, or eventually sharing a few beers together on the weekends, he was always such a happy guy to be around. He loved his Yamaha trail motor bike at 16 years old, his dad loved him so much.
I will always admire his incredible resilience. I still vividly remember visiting him in the hospital after his tragic car accident when he was only 9 or 10 years old. Even during those long months of healing, his spirit shone through. I also fondly remember the hospitality from his family, especially the time I got to go out lobster fishing with his father and his brother Bobby.
He was a wonderful part of my life, and I know how deeply he loved his family. My heart goes out to you and his children during this incredibly difficult time. Please accept my deepest condolences.
