STEPHENS, Phyllis Ballard (nee Jones)

Passed peacefully at her home with family by her side on Friday, January 9, 2026 at the age of 101. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Patrick Stephens for 38 years; loving mother of Douglas and Patricia; and proud grandmother of Caitlin McAllister. Phyllis will be deeply missed by all her extended family and friends.

Cremation has taken place. An interment will be held in the spring at Prospect Cemetery in Toronto. For those who wish, donation in Phyllis’s honour to the Guelph Humane Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
