Obituary of Clarence William George Hilton

CLARENCE WILLIAM GEORGE HILTON
93 YEARS OLD
(APRIL 30, 1932 – OCTOBER 28, 2025)
 

Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Caressant Care Nursing Home, in Harriston, for taking such wonderful care of “PA” for the last 7 years.

Clarence had a big laugh, huge hands and an even bigger heart.

He loved to drive … stock cars, dump truck, milk truck, mail truck, tractor, school bus and charter bus. He has been called to drive that special charter in the heavens.

Predeceased by mother Emma (1983), father George (1996), wife Gerry (1996), sister Marion (1933), Brother Douglas  (1973),  Granddaughter Julia (2022),  daughter in law Sue (2023) and oldest son Bill (2024).  Survived by sons Bob (Giny) and Brian (Lynda), and daughter Barb (Brian).

His grandchildren will miss him terribly – Donald (Ashley), Billy (Karen), Aaron, Amy (Mike), Jason (Amber), Shane, Tracy (Jeff), Bobbie-Jo (Douglas), Robin (Chris), Martin (Rachel), Dean, Steven, Cory, Elissa, Shawna (Robb), 

Multiple great grandchildren spread across the country … Maliyah, Max, Jacob, Emma, Lily, Domonic, Tyler, Kayla, Sara, Carly-May, Joseph, Ethan, Anika, Scarlett, Kyleigh, Jack, Tate, Ava, Hayden, Paisley, Colton, Abigail, Austin, Ty, Emma, Arya, Douglas, Cody, Rosie, Sonny, Wylee and great great granddaughter Everly

Funeral service Brombal Funeral Home, (Delhi and Eramosa) on Monday, November 3rd 2025 Visitation 10:00 – 12:00pm and service 12:00pm. Followed by a luncheon. Private family interment to determined at a later date.
