Our friend Doug came into our lives and made us a part of his family. We talked almost daily with him and Ida and shared stories and had many laughs. We are going to miss him so much and are so sad that he had to leave us so soon. Love Brian and Suzanne

We are heartbroken over the passing of our long time friend. Even though we haven’t seen each other in years we always kept in touch. We have so many great memories when our kids we’re all little and before the kids came along. In our youth we had lots of fun camping trips and meeting up at the Terrace for roller skating and onto the bar after. Doug was always the life of the party and you could count on him to keep us all laughing. To Ida, Dion, Dwayne and family we are thinking of you and hope your happy memories give you some comfort.
