HENRY, William “Bill” John

Passed peacefully at Riverside Glen on Sunday, May 18, 2025 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Lauren (nee Hamilton); loving father of James (Jen) Henry, Margot Henry, Drew (Laura Bicknell) Henry, Deirdre (Andrew) Natale, Bill (Nancy) Henry, David Henry, Jim Henry, and Theresa Henry. Bill was a proud grandfather of Zoe, Jack, Sinead, Gracie, Sawyer, Axel, Patrick, Daniel, Lucy, Angela (Sheldon), Kai, and Ben; and great-grandfather of Aiden and Ember. Bill is predeceased by his siblings Bob (Lynn) and Mary Jane. Bill will be deeply missed by his supportive friend Donna Pringle. He will also be sincerely missed by the many children who he fostered throughout his life.

Bill and Lauren loved to travel and cruise. Some highlight trips included Egypt and Vietnam. Bill was involved at St. Matthias Anglican Church for many years, through which he had a caring and supportive community.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Brombal Funeral Home, one Delhi Street, Guelph, from 5:00 – 7:00p.m. Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 23, 2025 at Brombal Funeral Home at 11:30a.m. Burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Reception to follow.
